Job Title: Project Manager – Airline Domain

Location: Gurugram (5 Days from office)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with strong Airline domain experience to lead and deliver strategic projects for our clients in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, with a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met
  • Engage closely with airline clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate them into actionable plans
  • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors
  • Monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phases
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
  • Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations (as required)


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus
  • 8+ years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years managing projects in the airline or aviation industry
  • Strong knowledge of airline systems such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), DCS (Departure Control Systems), revenue management, loyalty systems, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)
  • Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects in airline context
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Tier-1 airline clients or global aviation service providers
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Exposure to IATA standards and airline regulatory frameworks
