Project Manager

Project Manager – Mechanical with over 25 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale mechanical engineering projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, from planning and design review to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead complete lifecycle management of mechanical projects (EPC/turnkey).
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality norms.
• Lead, guide, and mentor project engineers and site teams.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  
  

Planning & Coordination

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, etc.).
• Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
  
  

Commercial & Contract Management

• Review contracts, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and claims/dispute resolution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations.
  
  

Preferred Background

• Large-scale experience in Power Plants / Oil & Gas / EPC Projects.
• Hands-on exposure to mechanical erection, commissioning, fabrication, and maintenance projects.
• Prior Experience of Green Hydrogen / Ammonia and derivative projects would be preferred.
• Knowledge of Current Market dynamics for pricing would be added advantage.
