Job Summary:
The Project Manager oversees interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves close coordination between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of interior design projects.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Supervise design, procurement, and installation activities.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation for management review.
  • Identify risks and implement effective solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution procedures.
