Job Description: Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out (10+ Years Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Project Manager** specializing in **interior fit-out** projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years managing Mid/Large-scale, high-quality fit-out projects across commercial, offices , or retail sectors. This role requires exceptional leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Management:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Allocate resources effectively and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are fully met.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all work complies with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular site inspections and address any deviations or issues promptly.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless project execution.

- Prepare contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

6. Financial Oversight:

- Monitor project costs and control expenses to avoid budget overruns.

- Approve invoices, manage procurement processes, and negotiate contracts as needed.

7. Reporting:

- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, risks, and key milestones.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in managing interior fit-out projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.

- Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and familiarity with CAD tools.

- Leadership Skills:Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams under pressure.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate.

- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions in dynamic project environments.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.

- Compliance: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
