Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple real estate development projects from our Vadodara head office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, and coordination across departments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for real estate developments
• Prepare project plans, budgets, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders
• Supervise site teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Report regularly to the General Manager on project status and risks
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance are in place

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• MBA or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry

Pay: ₹68,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
