What You’ll Do:

Oversee construction projects from kickoff to completion with a sharp eye on scope and deadlines
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth daily execution
Identify project risks early and develop fast, actionable solutions
Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
Track project documentation and ensure compliance with company quality standards

Pay & Incentives:
Earn $95,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience and performance. We reward precision, problem-solving, and leadership.

Schedule & Location:
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Cary, NC. Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility as projects require.

Requirements:

3+ years of project management experience in construction or related industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communicator with leadership presence
Proficient in project management tools and documentation
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
