Project Manager - Building Construction Projects (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee building construction projects, including high rise residential and commercial towers, leisure centers, healthcare facilities, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning through execution
• Coordinate with international consultants and project management firms
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of site experience, including at least 7 years as a Project Manager on large scale building projects
• Proven track record delivering projects valued between AED 200M - 700M
• Previous experience with a leading contracting company, preferably in the UAE
• Strong communication skills and command of English
