Plan and execute construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are aligned.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, safety codes, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work meets design and safety specifications.
Manage project documentation — including contracts, drawings, and change orders.
