Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, team coordination, and client handling, especially in events, exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client and business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead team meetings, track action items, and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize resource allocation and support continuous process improvement.
• Conduct post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and improve future project efficiency.
• Due to project requirements, Project Managers will be required to work extra hours on site.
