  • Job description

    The Project Manager is in charge of supporting the Head of Project Management in coordinating an internal team of developers and of implementation partners comprising consultants and developers to fulfil timely deliveries of the product roadmap.

    His/her role is to organize and animate the maintenance and developments of an SAP-based end-to-end insurance platform from the translation of business requirements into technical solutions compatible with our stack, costing, update of product roadmaps, to testing, documentation and training of end-users on the solutions developed.

    It is a diversified and critical role for the company which will report to the Head of Project Management, the Managing Director and Group CEO.

  • Knowledge and Skills

    7+ years in software development project management.

    Experience in SAP implementation projects, ideally using S4/Hana, BRIM, SAP for Insurance (FS-PQM).

    Experience working within an agile team and have a clear understanding of all typical agile events, deliverables, and tools.

    Excellent planning and organisation skills with a good understanding of project roles & activities, both non-technical and technical.

    Strong leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to successfully deliver.

    Detail oriented but understand the need to always prioritize according to business value and issue severity. You are outcome oriented.

    Team player aiming to foster innovation and seek improvement.
