Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-minded Project Manager who can bridge communication between our IT team, designers, and clients — and ensure CRM implementations are delivered on time and with excellence.

What You’ll Do

- Manage 15–20 CRM implementation projects for real estate agencies and developers

- Communicate with clients in English, gather detailed information about their business processes

- Coordinate CRM setup: track progress, control timelines, and ensure quality delivery

- Host online calls and training sessions to onboard clients to the system

- Work with WhatsApp chats, calendars, and Google Meet

- Drive each project to completion within 5 business days

What We Expect

- 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager or Implementation Specialist

- Ability to independently lead clients from briefing to launch

- Strong communication, time management, and follow-up skills

- Confident use of Notion, Miro, and Google Workspace

- Fluent English — able to clearly communicate with clients

- A technical mindset and attention to detail — you enjoy understanding how things work under the hood
