Position Title: Project Manager
Experience Required: 7 to 10 years in high-rise building projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources for high-rise building projects.
- Oversee the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to financial targets.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.
- Maintain a risk register and conduct regular risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Facilitate project meetings, presenting progress reports, timelines, and any changes in scope.
- Contract Management:
- Review and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions as necessary to protect the organization’s interests.
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor resource usage to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Promote a strong safety culture on the construction site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions for the project team and subcontractors.
- Project Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date for auditing and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in high-rise building construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
