About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead and deliver complex projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, possess professional certifications, and demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience in budget management and resource planning.
