• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, and internal departments.

• Budget & Timeline Control: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation including specifications, progress reports, and final deliverables.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones and deliverables against the master schedule.

• Reporting Cadence: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.

• Variance Analysis: Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.

• Executive Summaries: Provide concise status updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps.

• Tool Utilization: Use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) to generate Gantt charts, timelines, and resource plans.
