Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Job Summary:

Challani Jewellery Mart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage construction and interior fit-out projects for our retail showrooms and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of projects with high quality and cost-efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and renovation projects for showrooms and offices.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.

Manage procurement of materials and approve site-level purchases within budget.

Regularly report project progress, challenges, and risks to management.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (local municipal approvals, safety norms).

Resolve site-level issues and lead troubleshooting efforts.

Manage handover of completed projects with proper documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, interior works, and MEP coordination.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.

Vendor and cost management experience.

Preferred:

Experience in retail showroom projects or luxury/commercial interior fit-outs.

Ability to travel to various site locations if needed.
