Project Manager

📚 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s Preferred)
• 12+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role on high-rise buildings in the UAE/Gulf
• Proven track record of delivering high-rise towers (residential/commercial) on time and within budget
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD , and construction management software
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, permits, and approval workflows
