Job Title: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving projects to success! You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your expertise in various project management methodologies will empower you to navigate challenges and seize opportunities, making a significant impact on our organization.

What you’ll do

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any conflicts.
• Oversee the implementation of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Utilize project management software like Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Guide teams through the project lifecycle from initiation to closure while ensuring quality management practices are upheld.
• Mentor team members in best practices for requirements gathering, process mapping, and program design.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of PMBOK principles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills that foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure projects and vendor management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of program development techniques including Kaizen and earned value management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $67,442.55 - $91,221.13 per year

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week

Work Location: Remote
