Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play an integral role in overseeing the successful execution of all design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple wall graphics and signage projects from inception to completion.
• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Develop project scopes, including timelines and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Manage onsite installation logistics, including coordination with vendors and ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, adapting plans as necessary.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity are maintained throughout the project.
• Monitor and track project performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction, design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the environmental graphics, design, or construction industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Knowledge of design processes, materials, and installation techniques related to wall graphics and signage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software/tools.
• Flexibility to work on-site, which may include irregular hours or travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
