Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and commercial property developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of real estate development projects, from concept design to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities (DLD, RERA, Municipality, etc.).
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality control at all project stages.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations.
• Ensure all project documentation and approvals are properly maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in project management within real estate development.
• Proven record in delivering residential and/or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, RERA regulations, and local authority approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
