Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of LED digital signage projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and customer communication—ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of LED display projects across North America.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and financial documentation related to each project.
• Conduct site surveys and collaborate with engineers, installers, and designers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges in a proactive manner.
• Ensure all installations adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in digital signage, AV, construction, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LED display technologies and integration processes is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across North America as required.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
