Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 projects
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against timelines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams
• Apply best-practice methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
• Mentor and guide project teams toward successful delivery
• Prepare progress reports and risk-mitigation strategies for management
• Ensure innovative use of Microsoft technologies to meet client goals
