We are looking for the next Project Manager to join our growing team. We are a commercial General Contractor driven by maintaining good relationships and creating raving fans. Our projects consist of a mixture of tenant finish-out and ground-up projects in Healthcare, Retail, Restaurants and Worship. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the specified time frame and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain overall fiscal responsibility of the project from start to finish.
- Visit jobsites on a regular basis for quality control, project schedule, safety inspections, SWPPP compliance, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred.
- Minimum Five years proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Project and Word)
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating project documentation.
- Proficient in financial and job cost accounting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in Healthcare Construction performing tenant finish-out and ground-up projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
