We are seeking an experienced professional with a solid background in company formation, corporate structuring, and bank account opening in the UAE to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with government authorities and preparing corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with drafting corporate documents for company incorporation, licensing, license renewals, company de-registration, re-domiciliation, lease agreements, and amendments (share transfers, company name changes, adding shareholders, etc.).

- Prepare various applications for new visas, visa renewals, and visa cancellations.

- Draft engagement letters and assist with client invoicing.

- Draft resolutions, powers of attorney, letters, and various agreements.

- Liaise with UAE government authority portals for company incorporations, liquidations, amendments, and visa applications.

- Track submission deadlines and notify the Head of Business Consulting.

- Communicate with government authorities regarding onshore, offshore, and free zone company setups, including obtaining updated price lists and service quotations.

- Provide daily updates to the Head of Business Consulting on the status of ongoing requests.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in UAE company registration, licensing, and bank account opening

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Fluency in both English and Russian

- Familiarity with UAE corporate regulations and government portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,100.00 per month
