Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with around 3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, aligning with business goals, and managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and have hands-on experience in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
  
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure including requirement gathering, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  
• Use project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.) to track progress and performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security guidelines, and organizational policies.
  
• Prepare project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
  
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, update leadership on progress, and escalate issues when required.
  
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  

Primary Skillsets

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Associate Project Manager.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent).
  
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
