Integrated Logistics Run Engineer

The Engineer Run Team helps shape and execute the service strategy for the customer, ensuring targets for quality, cost, and timing are met or exceeded. They challenge existing and proposed solutions to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, improve service quality and sustainability, and deliver a better customer experience.

Customer Satisfaction & Experience

• Continuously enhance customer satisfaction as a driver for business and scope growth.
• Serves as the overarching goal supported by all other objectives.

Seamless Operations

• Continuously assess and improve support efforts and system stability.
• Maintain and enhance operational standards and blueprints.
• Provide feedback to product and architecture governance to drive system reliability.

Operational Efficiency

• Improve operational processes and Customer Data Management (CDM).
• Support development and implementation of ops standards and onboarding blueprints.
• Provide input on future product enhancements to increase efficiency.

Digital Experience (Feature & Service Roll-Out)

• Promote digital supply chain solutions across customers.
• Evaluate new digital features/services based on customer benefits.
• Manage customer-specific digital roll-outs.
• Provide feedback for product development and support continuous learning.

Business Agility (Change Request Execution)

• Ensure accurate planning and execution of change requests (CRs).
• Handle requirement gathering, assessment, design, documentation, validation, training, and go-live support.
• Manage hypercare and support continuous improvement via retrospectives.

GDP / GxP Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GxP and GDP guidelines, quality agreements, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and quality of records.
• Adhere to relevant KN product standards (e.g., KN Pharma Chain, Battery Chain).

• 5+ years of experience in 4PL services and logistics operations.
• Expertise in project management, change management, and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes in logistics and supply chains.
• Skilled in proposing and implementing digital solutions.
• Experienced in managing relationships with high-level customer stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of logistics processes and operational workflows.
• Led Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and service delivery initiatives.
• Proven ability to align operational delivery with customer satisfaction and strategic goals.
