Jr.Executive Logistics (candidate from kochin location )

We're seeking an Logistics Executive ,( candidate from kochin location only )to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of online orders from our hub to customers. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for logistics, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with logistics teams: Work closely with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of online orders.

2. Manage hub operations: Oversee daily operations at the delivery hub, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching packages.

3. Track and resolve issues: Monitor delivery status, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to ensure on-time delivery.

4. Maintain records and reports: Keep accurate records of delivery operations, including metrics on delivery times, issues, and customer satisfaction.

6. Collaborate with other teams: Work with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure alignment and efficient delivery processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
