Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing interior fitout projects within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and team management skills to ensure successful delivery of multiple fitout projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of fitout projects from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and installation.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure project scope and quality compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage project closeout documentation, snag lists, and handover procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fitout Projects.
• Proven track record in managing commercial, retail, and hospitality fitout projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
