Role Objective

To lead and manage all retail construction and renovation projects, ensuring that new stores, offices, and warehouses are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the company's design and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and fit out of new branches, from contracting to handover.
• Manage all civil, electrical, HVAC, and finishing works for stores, offices, and warehouses.
• Supervise preventive and emergency maintenance operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of elevators and escalators.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain timelines and quality.
• Prepare detailed project progress, cost, and technical reports.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of store construction, layout, and fit out standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
