Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Oversee construction and fit out of new branches, from contracting to handover.</li><li>Manage all civil, electrical, HVAC, and finishing works for stores, offices, and warehouses.</li><li>Supervise preventive and emergency maintenance operations.</li><li>Ensure safe and efficient operation of elevators and escalators.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain timelines and quality.</li><li>Prepare detailed project progress, cost, and technical reports.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.</li></ul> Qualifications & Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the retail sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of store construction, layout, and fit out standards.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul> Seniority level Mid Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Retail
