Your Team
As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with real estate developers, architectural firms, museums, science centers, and theme parks. Your team transforms large scale infrastructures into immersive multimedia experiences, thereby creating iconic destinations that not only attract visitors and enhance the place's experience but also generate media attention and economic benefits.
Your Mission
As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex, large scale multimedia projects embedded within architectural and construction developments. Working closely with clients like real estate developers, museums, and theme parks, your mission is to define the project delivery strategy and lead it from conception to final operation. This role requires a strong technical foundation and advanced leadership skills to manage client relationships, ensure efficient team communication, and deliver high quality, iconic, immersive experiences on time, on budget, and in compliance with international standards.
Roles And Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle & Strategy
- Lead the production of a full project throughout its lifecycle, from master planning and design through execution, construction, audiovisual integration, and delivery.
- Contribute to defining client requirements and understanding their needs, ensuring synergy between scenography, technology, and content.
Planning, Budgeting & Resource Management
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, efficiently managing tasks and hours to stay within financial targets.
- Identify required internal and external resources for project realization.
- Control and supervise project activities by rigorously monitoring operations conducted by all resources, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and consortiums, aligning diverse interests.
- Maintain clear and stable business relations through effective client communication.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, providing clear mitigation strategies.
- Oversee quality assurance across all project phases, ensuring technical standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and internal Moment Factory policies.
Contracts, Documentation & Reporting
- Oversee negotiations with suppliers and freelancers, managing agreements and ensuring proper onboarding.
- Manage copyright and intellectual property issues during content production.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for all project stages and provide clear reporting on progress.
- Supervise project coordinators.
Project Closure Management
- Supervise all tasks related to project closure, including file archiving, gathering elements for communications, and producing final reports.
- Organize and conduct post mortem reviews for each project.

Your Journey In Includes
- College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's Degree (BAC) in Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Design, Scenography, Multimedia Environment, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record in managing large scale projects involving multimedia integration into construction, architecture, and audiovisual integration.
- Experience working on projects in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Demonstrated ability in master planning, including strategic scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience working in multi stakeholder, international project environments.
- Understanding of each stage of production and basic knowledge of multimedia technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), macOS (Keynote), and Google products (Google Workspace).
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and artistic environment (audiovisual production, events, etc.) is a significant asset.

- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
