Position Details Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Projects Department: Interior Design Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site & Project Site Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Architecture / Construction About the Role The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior project execution end-to-end. The ideal candidate must ensure quality, timelines, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction while proactively resolving site-related challenges. Key Responsibilities • Manage and monitor overall project execution, timelines, and deliverables • Ensure quality standards, finishing levels, and workmanship are maintained • Prepare and monitor project budgets, BOQs, work progress, and cost control • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers • Conduct routine site reviews and supervise work to avoid delays • Ensure design intent and technical specifications are followed during execution • Handle client communication and provide periodic progress reports • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues proactively • Ensure material tracking, installation sequencing, and labor productivity • Enforce safety, compliance, and site discipline standards • Prepare and update project schedules using Microsoft Project (Mandatory) Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of interior execution, construction detailing, and materials • Excellent site coordination, supervision, and vendor handling capability • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Good communication and reporting abilities • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Project is mandatory Eligibility • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Technology (preferred) • Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Projects execution
