We are searching about Project Manager who need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for a Project Manager include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on multiple construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Arabic Nationality .
  • Have driving license .
  • Have UPDA certificate is preferred .
