We are searching about Project Manager who need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for a Project Manager include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on multiple construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Arabic Nationality .
- Have driving license .
- Have UPDA certificate is preferred .
