About the Role

Grow X Marketing, the marketing division of Norona Tech LLP, is seeking a Project Manager who will act as the single point of contact between our internal marketing team and the client company.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Dutch and have strong project coordination skills. He/she will oversee the marketing team’s activities — ensuring that video edits, content, and scripts align with client expectations — while maintaining smooth communication and timely delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the one-point contact between the client company and Grow X Marketing.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and convey them accurately to the internal marketing team.
• Oversee the entire marketing project lifecycle — from briefing to delivery.
• Review and ensure that video edits, scripts, and creatives meet client quality and brand standards.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and video editing teams for timely project completion.
• Conduct regular review meetings with both client and internal teams.
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the client’s marketing goals and timelines.
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and ensure final approval before release.
• Report weekly project progress and updates to the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management or client servicing (preferably in a marketing or creative agency).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to review creative content (videos, scripts, social media materials) critically.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients, particularly Dutch or European markets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and creative production cycles.
• Prior experience in managing video production or marketing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
