PROJECT MANAGER CIVIL / PMC Experience (ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Oversee and manage the execution of civil works for high-rise luxury residential projects from planning to completion.
- Must have prior experience working with a Project Management Company (PMC) and a strong understanding of PMC systems, coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural, MEP, and interior teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones to meet delivery targets.
- Review and verify drawings, BOQs, GFCs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Ensure strict quality control and adherence to approved standards, materials, and workmanship.
- Supervise site activities, contractor work, manpower deployment, and ensure project progress as per plan.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide solutions for technical or coordination challenges.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental norms, and statutory regulations.
- Participate in client and consultant meetings; present progress updates and resolve issues proactively.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure all project outcomes reflect the company’s luxury standards, design intent, and brand quality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
