This position is a contract/interim role!


The ideal candidate is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within real estate, development, or Investment environments. They will bring strong technical understanding, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across diverse business units.


Core Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of project management experience , including delivery of complex, multi-department programs (Commercial, Finance, IT, Procurement, Branding, Development).
  • Strong background in real estate or development-focused project management —able to oversee initiatives involving commercial, operational, and technical streams.
  • Proven experience working with or alongside government entities and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering projects under tight timelines with a high level of governance, structure, and risk control.


Key Competencies

  • Expert project and program management capabilities (end-to-end planning, execution, governance, tracking, and reporting).
  • Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies , and comfort with a wide range of project management tools.
  • Strong leadership ability , able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • High-level communication and presentation skills , including executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
  • Skilled in risk assessment, issue mitigation, and stakeholder management .
  • Ability to support and coordinate IT-related delivery and integration within wider business programs.


Technical & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering , or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (highly preferred).
  • Strong governance, reporting, and organizational strengths.


Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined in execution.
  • Adept at managing senior-level expectations and communicating program status with clarity.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Strong relationship builder with credibility across business and technical functions.
