About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure project objectives, KPIs, and milestones are consistently met.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead and coordinate with engineers, architects, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain clear communication channels among all internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular review meetings to ensure alignment on progress and expectations.

Monitoring, Control & Reporting

• Track progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify project deviations and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure proactive resolution of site issues to avoid delays.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong command of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects in Bahria Town or similar large-scale developments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
