Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in high-rise buildings to lead, plan, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate must have proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-storey building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Job description,

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

· Review drawings, specifications, and contractual documents for high-rise structures.

· Coordinate with consultants, and internal teams.

· Prepare method statements and work programs.

· Supervise and oversee all construction activities on high-rise building projects.

· Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority requirements, and quality standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and structural works.

· Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.

· Manage cost control, variation orders, and procurement of materials.

· Review and approve vendor invoices and subcontractor payments.

· Ensure construction works meet specifications and high-rise building standards.

· Oversee inspections, testing, and snagging.

· Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

· Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

· Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

· Lead site meetings and resolve project issues.

· Provide updates on risks, delays, and mitigation measures.

· Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project staff.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· Strong experience in high-rise building construction (mandatory).

· 10–15 years of relevant project management experience.

· Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local authority regulations.

· Proficiency in project management software
