Pure Water Technology is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of our ADNOC project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project in accordance with ADNOC’s engineering standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of water treatment systems, and proven experience managing EPC or construction projects within the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Manage the technical, contractual, and financial aspects of the ADNOC project.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards.
- Coordinate closely with ADNOC engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for project approvals and progress updates.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost control reports, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to ADNOC’s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality control requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and risk assessments.
- Lead the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, variation claims, and handover documents.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure smooth project closeout, including commissioning, testing, and client handover.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of project management experience in the oil & gas or water treatment industry, with at least 3 years managing ADNOC or similar projects.
- Proven experience in EPC project execution, including design review, procurement, and construction management.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC codes, specifications, and approval procedures.
- Excellent understanding of water treatment systems, including RO, UF, filtration, and wastewater systems.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (P6), AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
