Project Manager

• Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, Equivalency Certificate i must
• Experience: 7–10 years in construction, with at least 3–5 years in project management
• trong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and UAE building codes
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to site teams.
• Use project management software (Primavera, MS Project) for scheduling.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure financial efficiency.
• Approve invoices, variations, and change orders.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain workflow continuity.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes.
