Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Preferred candidates: Experience working with CMW (Military works) & ADNOC project

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification from a professional construction management organization (e.g., CCM, PMP) is a plus.
• Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CMW or ADNOC: 3 years (Required)
• UAE: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Required)
• Abu Dhabi Engineering License (Required)
