Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience in a software house environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong IT background and hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and end-to-end project coordination. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, roadmaps, and progress reports.
• Track project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure clear communication across teams and provide consistent project updates to management.
• Assist in resource planning and workload distribution based on project needs.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and ensure accurate translation into actionable tasks.
• Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of project management experience in a software development company.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework (Scrum certification is a plus).
• Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM)
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams
• Familiarity with SDLC and QA processes
