Job Description: Project Manager
Overview: Lead and manage IT projects from planning to delivery. Coordinate with teams, manage resources, and ensure project goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define objectives, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
- Team Management: Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, address issues, and manage changes.
- Communication: Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven IT project management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or relevant certifications a required.
