Project Manager

We are supporting a growing organisation in Dubai with the search for an experienced Project Manager to lead premium, design-driven fit-out projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed high-quality retail or interior build environments, bringing strong technical understanding and exceptional attention to detail.

European project experience is required particularly within luxury retail, detailed joinery, or high-end shopfitting.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing full project lifecycles, coordinating with internal teams, handling client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with production, design, technical, logistics, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from client brief through to installation and handover
• Review BOQs, technical drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams across production, logistics, and site operations
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and reporting
• Oversee quality control and ensure standards meet European expectations
• Manage client communication and project documentation
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project efficiency
• Ensure financial accuracy across budgets, costs, and invoicing

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory: European work experience within fit-out, joinery, shopfitting, or luxury retail
• Strong background in project management, ideally in high-end or bespoke environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid technical understanding of materials, joinery processes, and site execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
