Job Description

We are seeking a professional and experienced Project Manager to oversee project operations, procurement, coordination, and site execution. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise projects from planning to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, plans, budgets, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and BOQs.
• Handle procurement and purchase of materials, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure material quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Solve on-site issues with practical and timely solutions.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience* in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, construction materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management tools/software is an advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or other PMI credentials are a plus.
