About the Role:
Accumed is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead critical initiatives in healthcare operations. You’ll oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive seamless implementation.
✔ Monitor project health using KPIs (timeline adherence, budget variance, quality metrics).
✔ Mitigate risks and manage scope changes proactively.
✔ Deliver concise reports to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2 (preferred).
Experience: 7+ years in project management, preferably in healthcare/RCM.
Skills:

• Leadership & stakeholder management
• Budget control & risk mitigation
• Proficiency in MS Office/Project Management tools
