About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee different projects end-to-end (360°) — from planning and budgeting, to marketing and promotion, to implementation and profit optimization. The ideal candidate is business-minded, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from idea to execution and post-launch evaluation
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and clear KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, agencies, freelancers, etc.)
• Lead the marketing and promotion of projects (online and offline) to drive awareness and sales
• Monitor project performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to increase profit
• Prepare regular progress and financial reports for management
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Identify risks and issues early and propose practical solutions
• Be available and responsive to business needs and urgent requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related) fields:
• Human Resources
• Business
• Management
• Marketing

• Technology / IT
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Good understanding of marketing and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus) together with presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management, operations, or business development ( not applicable for fresh graduation)
• Experience working in the UAE market especially Dubai ( not applicable for fresh graduation)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read numbers and make data-driven decisions
