In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of development projects across our portfolio by leading planning, execution, communication, and follow-through. You will play a key part in aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and maintaining strong governance throughout the stage-gate process—ultimately supporting atNorth’s continued growth across the Nordics.

About the Role:

Drive structured, high-quality project execution

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Coordinate requirements and dependencies with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage projects according to atNorth’s stage-gate process and governance standards.

  • Prepare and present project updates for stage-gate reviews and decision points.

  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks, changes, and blockers.

Enable clarity, alignment, and collaboration

  • Facilitate transparent communication across teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.

  • Provide structured reporting through SharePoint, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.

  • Ensure consistent documentation of deliverables, risks, and lessons learned.

  • Work closely with PMO, Development, Sales, and Product Management to align priorities.

  • Support smooth handovers, collaboration, and knowledge sharing between teams.

Support continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the refinement of PMO best practices.

  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing efforts to strengthen project management competencies across the organization.

About You:

Essential

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within infrastructure or technology environments.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with great attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).

  • Knowledge of Nordic languages (Icelandic, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).

  • Familiarity with data center operations or related industries.

  • Willingness to travel within the Nordics.

  • Background check is conducted to all our employees.

At atNorth, we believe that sustainable success starts with the wellbeing of our people. Our commitment to building an open, transparent, and inclusive culture is not just a priority—it is a core part of how we lead, grow, and deliver excellence.

Through regular one-to-one engagements and monthly wellbeing surveys, we listen carefully to our teams, ensuring that every voice is heard and every opportunity for improvement is embraced. We recognize that innovation and collaboration thrive where people feel truly connected, which is why we come together each week to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and nurture a sense of belonging—sometimes over a simple breakfast and good conversation.

At atNorth, we are building more than infrastructure. We are building a community where people can do their best work and shape the future together.
