About Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects successfully from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage resources effectively.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and project review sessions.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Promote process improvements and implement project management best practices.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile)
- Experience in tech, software, or SaaS projects
- Familiarity with Odoo or ERP system project implementation
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management
