Project Manager

About Role:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects successfully from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage resources effectively.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and project review sessions.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Promote process improvements and implement project management best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile)
• Experience in tech, software, or SaaS projects
• Familiarity with Odoo or ERP system project implementation
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management
