Our client is a leading consultancy, headquartered in Dubai, with a proven track record of delivering world-class hospitality projects across the MEA region.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale hospitality projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or Tier 1 fit-out contractor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage all aspects of hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and coordination with multiple vendors and subcontractors.
• Resolve project issues, conflicts, and risks proactively to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability standards on site.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, ideally within PMC or Tier 1 fit-out for hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and fit-out standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
