The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale hospitality projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or Tier 1 fit-out contractor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and manage all aspects of hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications, codes, and standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.

Manage contracts, procurement, and coordination with multiple vendors and subcontractors.

Resolve project issues, conflicts, and risks proactively to maintain smooth project delivery.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability standards on site.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, ideally within PMC or Tier 1 fit-out for hospitality projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and fit-out standards.

Proven ability to manage complex, high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.
