  • Managing big project as deputy worth 150 millions with atleast 12 to 15 years experience in construction field
  • Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, allocation, and monitoring.
  • Resource Management:
  • Team Coordination: Assemble and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Contract Management:
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes.
  • Project Execution:
  • Task Management: Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Communication:
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, including updates on project status, issues, and changes.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget and communicate these changes to stakeholders.
  • Documentation:
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Risk Management:
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to the project and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contingency Planning: Prepare contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize their impact on the project.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Standards Adherence: Ensure that construction work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Client Relations:
  • Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate client feedback into project execution and deliverables.
  • Financial Management:
  • Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and ensure that spending aligns with the budget.
  • Invoicing: Manage invoicing and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Project Closeout:
  • Completion: Oversee project completion, including final inspections, punch list items, and handover to the client.
  • Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is finalized and submitted, including warranties, manuals, and as-built drawings.
